I am looking to get an f&b retail space (no grease trap and exhaust required). What should I look our for when renting a unit? What are the licenses required?

We have a few F&B units available. Different food type will require different power and exhaust and thus different licences from NEA.

Hi EJ,

For F&B most important is the footprint. good frontage.

Next is operation power requirements.
size and rental vs your projection sales. (should not exceed 30%)

As for license : Food Shop license (NEA)
