I am looking to purchase industrial property around kaki bukit, eunos, tai seng, paya lebar, kallang place even upper changi road (near jalan malayu's shophouses) that stretch is fine. For own usage. In trading steel sheets and long beams. I need office space for about 20 pax. Most of the space would be for warehouse. Requirements: 6000sq ft and above. Ground floor only. Ground floor should have a huge land space as material sheets will be too heavy to hoist up. 40 footer access needed. Heigh Ceiling height for racking system.
