i had a 50% share of a shop. i gave it my mother for her financial security, but she gave it to my brother without my knowledge. i would like to get back the share, or have it changed back to my mother, what should i do.

Evening,

You have give your share of the shop to your mother by will of gift. Hence it's her rights to do whatever she deem fit with it. Now that your mother have transfer it to your brother, the only way of getting it back is to purchase the share from him or talk things out, if possible.
