Given the good location of your shop house, you should be able to get approximately $10,000 for the rental. In term of selling price, I need more information before I can give you an indication.

I would suggest that you rent out the property first, and if you able to get a good rental for your unit, you might be able to attract investor to buy.

Hi Min Lin,

For shop in 101 Yishun, where your shop is exactly facing? I believe you will know better than others how the business is currently over there, especially 101 is a long stretch from one end to the other end.
To rent or sell, we will need more info as in the size to give you a better information. But for what I would like to share with you is, you can try rent and sell together.
