I have a double storey shophouse in Chong Pang
Blk 101,facing Yishun Ave 5,it is 1400 s ft.in total.
The ground unit is 750 s ft,upstairs is the Hdb unit with a separate entrance.What is the current rental per month?Thanks

Hi,

Based on the rental rate around Chong Pang, you can ask between $14 to $15 psf, depending on the exact location of the shop, frontage etc.

My colleague knows a company that wish to lease a unit of this size near Chong Pang. They will need the entire space of 1400sf.
