I have an unit in TCH techcentre, current tentant has bought his own space and will move out at mid Sep'12, will it too early marketing for rent or sale right now? kindly advise.

You should market it now as the whole process will take some time.

Start marketing early if you are planning to sell. Recently, we sold a factory within 6 weeks.

As the unit is available in vacant possession in Sep 12, we could start marketing immediately as the tenant is still present - to investors looking for rental yield.

As regards for seeking a new tenant again we can market now too.
