I intend to invest in commercial properties ( preferably retail shops / F & B ( alrdy rented )in the mall. I am a foreigner, and my budget is 1.5 M. My question is, 1) Are foreigners eligible to buy commercial properties individually ( or must form a company? )? 2) apart from 3% stamp duty, what tax will be applicable? 3) What is GST? 4) What is the max % loan request banks accepting now for foreigners? 5) Can you help me to find a retail shop / F & B preferably at Jurong East / Punggol area with 5% rental within my budget?
