I intend to purchase an industrial property under personal name (not company) for investment..
But I have some worries which hold me from doing so...
1. The property that I intend to buy is a new 30 years lease hold. Will there be any problem selling it after say 5 years, assuming property market remain stagnant for the next few years.
2. What is the normal or average rental period for industrial property?
