I m 50 yrs old, single, own a condo. Working oversea, hence no time to monitor the property. I hv no financial commitment, would like to invest in property, but due to restriction on ABSD 7% it hold me back for residential. Is there any other property I can invest with, I m looking at within 1 mil investment max.

You may like to consider commercial properties as ABSD does not apply. There are a few projects within your preferred price range which I would like to share with you.

Good evening Mr Tan,

To avoid ABSD from property purchases, you can look into commercial/ industrial property in Singapore (but will subject to seller's stamp duty if you sell within 3 years - applicable to industrial property) if not, you can focus on overseas properties where their rental yield is normally much attractive compared to rented residential units in Singapore.
