Dear madam,

Have you explored shophouses? It is not difficult to notice that some martial arts schools as well as gym operates in a shophouse setting where relevant approvals are obtained for such usage purposes. Do you any specific locations in mind and price indicative which I can work on?

1) FYI, there are pre-schools & gyms in a B1 Clean & Light industrial. These are subjected to approval

2) If you're in health & wellness industry, why not buy Novena or sport themed area such as Queensway for your biz branding?

3) If you're looking at B1 Clean & Light Industry, it's awesome for worry free parking lots if your biz client is driving.

4) FYI, public transport accessibility is getting easier for industrial B1 clean & light.

You should be looking at commercial or recreational zones. You should focus on serving your clients and growing your business. The best spaces for your biz are not available for sale as they are mostly own by the govt. I was from management consulting background with a good numbers of years in commercial real estates.
