Dear Vishal,

Pardon me for bluntness, $500k will not get you anything really decent these days in Singapore. Rental yield is dropping across the industry in general and the choices available for investment are also pretty limited. If you are really keen in investment, how about overseas projects with guaranteed rental returns or buy back schemes?

for an investment range of $500K for commercial space in singapore, you will not very hard-pressed for choice. Just do a search here on commercialguru and you will know what I mean.
