I want to sell my Wet market shop. But I can only afford a commission of only $3,000 and non-exclusive. But if you sell above my target asking price, you will earn 20% of the difference. So if I ask for $1M, and you manage to sell at $1.1M, you get $20K+3K. If anything below $1M then will be only 3K. Thank you.
