Dear Terry,
Are you open to consider engaging an agent to market the office space for rent? Since commission is only applicable upon a successful transaction, these can be factored into the monthly rent amount so essentially the tenant is paying the commission instead. This could be a better arrangement that having to incur costs on marketing whether there is a successful tenant or not.
