If the built up area of a commercial bldg is more than the permissible area under master plan, and this property is in the cbd. When they redevelop, will the 30% be based on current built up or the permissible area under Masterplan

Some areas in the CBD have incentive based on Masterplan 2019 when hotel or residential component is added in the redevelopment. There are also other incentives to increase total GFA. Call or msg me at 9685....  for a discussion.
