There are sure a lot of different in rental rates for both retail and F&B they are of 2 different kind of property and it maybe in the same location . For F&B exhaust & water inlet/outlet is one big concern in term for business setup . retail business with or without water inlet or outlet does not make much to the nature of business .
I have setup a couple of F&B and retail outlets around Singapore and they are doing well , if you free perhaps we can meet up for a drink to understand your business needs before searching for an idea place for your business .
