Hi,

New commercial property launched do have progressive payment plans just like the private residential properties.

However, commercial properties are entitled to only a 70% loan and you cannot use your CPF savings for the purchase.

Currently I have a couple of new launch commercial for sale

1) Oxley Bizhub, light industrial B1 project with low quantum. Currently only limited units left after the launched 2-3 weeks ago

2) Freehold shops @ Vibes@East Coast. Psf estimate to be from $2500-$3000, thus you can get a unit from $6xxK onwards. VVIP preview is this coming Wednesday 25th May.

3) Icon @ Changi, located within walking distance to Eunos MRT.

Do contact me if you are keen in any of the above projects.

Regards

David Tang
