Hi Ms Teo. I have a freehold, approx. 600 sq ft shop space in a condominium estate for sale at $1.68 mil. It is also for rent at $5K (NO GST).There is only one shop in this condo estate and therefore the whole residential market in this condo is all yours to have and enjoy. For your info, a half shop in outside of any HDB town centers of about 250 sq ft to 300 sq ft could be leased out at around $2k upwards. I see here that you are looking for a minimum of at least 500 sq. ft. at max. of $1.8K which I think is considered too low.
