Hi Kumar,

Freehold commercial properties for sale are typically lesser in supply which results in buyer paying premium over it while rental yield will be less attractive, while leasehold commercial properties will have more supply when it comes to the resale market, but generall attracts better rental returns, while the appreciation are marginal.

Have you done the necessary calculations or check with the bankers on how much is a comfortable sum for this investment? I can assist to introduce you a few nice commercial properties if I can know more information.
