Looking to buy a unit in Midview City for my own business use. Preferably below 500k. Please advise on the cash upfront (20% or 30%), GST, bank loan period and approximate monthly repayment. Thanks.

Hi Bluefin,

For commercial property, the current ruling is that the banks can support up to 80% of your purchase price.

The loan is dependant on whether you are borrowing under business or under your personal name.

Bank loan to LTV is generally 20 years unless you want to shorted it. Monthly repayment is based on your loan amount and bank loan interest.
