my tenant has not paid the rent for 10 months, The lease contract is over and they are uncontactable. They have left all their goods behind in my unit. Am I entitled to take possession and sell off their goods?

Dear Mrs Goh,

You should speak to your lawyer to find out the right procedure in such a scenario where you can sell off their goods legally. I do not think we are in good capacity to advise on this matter.
