PROPERTY WANTED

Looking to rent a space with high ceiling. Minimum of 7 metres (with false ceiling). Either in a shophouse or any commerical places. I have checked with URA and they do not advise my company to go for industrial buildings for financial reasons.

Looking at 1500sf onwards. Budget of 8k per month max.
