Sir, I need your guidance as I am looking for a space to perform my Car Auto Detailing service. I am looking for a space about 1500-3000 sq ft warehouse or any suitable space which can accommodate between 3-5 cars to perform car care, car wash (waterless & environmental friendly), car detailing and car body shop accessories and supplies.
Preferably ground floor with open space entrance where I can use for parking & car washing (waterless) operation if required. May use portable tent.
Preferably East or Central Singapore. Other location may consider
My budget is around 2K - 3K SGD per month. Ready to negotiate and consider new price proposal.
Plan to lease long term if suitable and cost effective for business.
