The company I work wants to set up a childcare centre. We need approx. 10,00 - 10,500 sq feet space in Rochor Road & Kg Java Road area.
Is such a space available for rent for a period of approx. 4 years?
Approx rental range please?

10000 sq ft in Rochor is a BIG challenge.. Expected rental will definitely not lower than $4psf..
