Agent service fees can be negotiate between the agent and the seller/buyer as there is no fix template for the rates and charge across the board.

For selling of a property, the most common rates will be 2%+GST,if applicable.
However do note that there are cases that commission is more than 4%, as the complexity of selling arise.
