Hi there Joseph, very hard to say cos it can vary between the industrial estates. Some experience marginal increase of 5-8%. In one case they had experienced 29.5% increase which will be spaced out over 3 years, but still that is a large percentage, but their rent is still below private market average rental. The key now is if you are looking to takeover a HDB industrial/commercial space the main issue will not be the increase in rental. Read More
