A unit of Boustead Singapore has secured a S$57 million contract to design and build a seven-storey integrated facility for ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte Ltd, according to The Business Times.
Boustead Projects, which specialises in industrial real estate solutions, has obtained the contract to develop the facility comprising technology, manufacturing and office functions at Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park.
“We will work towards delivering a world-class facility to ST Electronics that integrates their various business functions into a single centre of excellence,” said Thomas Chu, Managing Director of Boustead Projects.
Scheduled to be completed in H1 2013, the new integrated facility will add 50,000 sq m of space to existing ST Electronics facilities in Ang Mo Kio, as well as consolidate the company’s manpower in one single location.
