Colliers International has announced that some 43 strata-titled units situated on the fourth and sixth storeys of Singapore Shopping Centre have been put up for sale through an expression of interest.
Located at the junction of Penang Road and Clemenceau Avenue, the seven-storey commercial development comprises office units, retail shops and a basement car park.
The units, which have a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 23,046 sq ft, can be acquired via en bloc or in separate parcels, based on the expiration of their tenancy.
Colliers International said the size of the units range between 387 and 2,195 sq ft. The contiguous units are column-free and have a 99-year leasehold tenure which began on 1 May 1948.
“Prime strata-titled commercial units are rarely made available for sale. Hence, this presents a good opportunity for investors or buyers looking for own occupation to purchase a sizeable commercial space in a well-located development,” said Grace Ng, Deputy Managing Director at Colliers.
“Units facing Clemenceau Avenue will also enjoy an unblocked view of the adjacent neighbourhood.”
