Two consecutive floors of The Octagon (pictured) at 105 Cecil Street are up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), said its exclusive property consultant, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W).
The subject property is sited on the ninth and 10th floors of the 25-storey office building. The consecutive floors offer a total floor area of about 12,378 sq ft, with each floor having a plate size of around 6,189 sq ft.
C&W noted that buyers could avail of the option to purchase a single floor or both floors.
Located in CBD, The Octagon offers two levels of basement parking lots for season parking and is easily accessible to transport links.
“Given the prime location and limited strata office floors of this size for sale, we expect strong interest for this property from a wide range of buyers including foreign investors, high net worth private investors and corporate occupiers,” said Tan Ser Fong, Director of Capital Markets.
Moreover, The Octagon’s freehold title is also expected to draw attention, “given the scarce availability of such commercial sites.”
The property is expected to attract a price interest in the range of S$28 million (about S$2,262 psf).
