CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world’s largest commercial property services company, has expanded its international project marketing services in Asia, with the appointment of James Hall as Regional Director and Stephen Ho as Director.
“These senior appointments significantly enhance the company’s service and offer clients in Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom — improved support for marketing residential properties in Asia,” said CBRE in a release.
Headed by Darien Bradshaw, CBRE’s Executive Director of International Project Marketing for Asia and Executive Director in Asia in Singapore, the company’s international project marketing team expertly markets residential properties for sale to high net worth individuals.
James Hall, who has over 18 years of industry experience, joins the company as Regional Director of International Project Marketing in Asia and will be based in Hong Kong. Prior to his appointment, he was Director of International Properties at Colliers, where he successfully launched several major Australian residential projects. Previously, he was National Residential Director for Knight Frank Australia and a consultant for Christies Great Estates’ exclusive affiliate Ken Jacobs.
Meanwhile, Stephen Ho joins CBRE as Director for Singapore. He has over two decades of property marketing experience and was part of the International Sales Division for Colliers in Singapore. He was responsible for over 70 property launches in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur between 2010 and 2011.
“Both James and Stephen will give our business an added edge to maintain CBRE’s leadership position in cross-border residential marketing,” said Bradshaw.
“They will focus on building the Hong Kong and Singapore teams, overseeing major project launches for clients from the UK and Australia, and strengthening our offering so we can better serve our clients.”
