As Gardens by The Bay (pictured) prepares to open on 29 June, the project will not only delight the eyes with fresh greenery but also satisfy visitors’ stomachs with the variety of F&B choices available.
Established F&B operators such as Bakerzin and Les Amis Group wish to leave an impression on the visitors.
There will be a total of 10 eateries in the Gardens by The Bay, with options ranging from hawker fare to desserts, as well as fine dining by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton.
Gardens by the Bay was awarded contracts for three F&B operators, namely Select Group, JC Tapas Bar and Planar One and Associates, in November last year.
Following this, four more operators — Artisanal Impressions, Shin Group of Restaurants, IndoChine Group and Bakerzin — joined the line-up.
Stretching over 101 ha, Gardens by the Bay covers three waterfront gardens: Bay Central, Bay East and Bay South. The project, which showcases horticulture and garden artistry, brings “the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World.”
