More than 1,000 workers are busy preparing for the official opening of Gardens by the Bay (pictured) on Thursday, 28 June.
Workers will be working round-the-clock within the next 72 hours to clean up the area as well as fix all structures and plants in the Gardens’ Bay South area.
“We are now in the midst of getting the place tidy and presentable to the public,” said Ng Boon Gee, Assistant Director of Gardens by the Bay.
Gardens by the Bay will be open to the public on Friday from 5 AM, with around 30,000 people expected to show up.
Of the three gardens, Bay South is the largest, as it comprises two climate-controlled conservatories, 18 Supertrees and six dining areas.
