Levels seven and eight of One Sims Lane (pictured) are up for sale via an expression of interest process by Chesterton Suntec International and Savills Singapore, reported The Business Times.
The two floors each comprise a strata floor area of about 22,500 sq ft. In total, the strata area is around 48,793 sq ft.
