Loyang Way industrial site awarded to OKH Global

JTC Corporation has awarded the tender for an industrial site (pictured) at Loyang Way to OKH Global for S$61.63 million.

Launched for public tender on 28 March, the 30-year leasehold site offers a land area of 20,633 sq m with a gross plot ratio of 2.5 is zoned for Business 2 uses.

OKH Global was the highest bidder among six companies when the site tender closed on 9 May.
