The entire sixth floor of Peninsula Plaza (pictured) is up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), according to joint marketing agents CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle.
The area comprises four strata office lots ranging from 602 sq ft to 5,263 sq ft and quantums from approximately S$1.5 million up to S$13.5 million.
The 999-year leasehold building at 111 North Bridge Road is within proximity to City Hall MRT interchange. The site is also close to the upcoming Capitol integrated development and the National Art Gallery.
“This opportunity provides owner-occupiers with a long term office accommodation solution within a prime office building located in the CBD. Investors have the ability to capture a potential recovery in the office rental market, which is poised for growth on the back of limited new supply in 2013 and 2014,” both CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle said.
The EOI exercise will close on 18 September.
