JTC Corporation (JTC) announced yesterday (30 June) that the Reserve List site at Tuas South Street 7 (Plot 44) has been put up for sale by public tender after it has received a committed bid of S$3.527 million.
The site was made available for application earlier in February through the Reserve List system under H12014 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.
Zoned for Business 2 development, 54,239 sq ft site comes with 20-year 10-month lease tenure.
The site comes with a tender period of six weeks which is scheduled for end of July.
