JTC announced yesterday (29 July) launched two sites for sale under the second half 2014 IGLS Programme.
These include a 2.7ha site (pictured) at Tuas Bay Close, and a 0.5ha site at Tuas South 7 (Plot 44).
Zoned for Business-2 development, the site at Tuas Bay Close is offered on a 30-year tenure and comes with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio (GPR) of 1.7.
Meanwhile, the site at Tuas South Street (Plot 44), which was triggered from the Reserve List of the 1H2014 IGLS Programme for a minimum price of S$3.572.300, is zoned for Business-2 development and comes with a maximum permissible GPR of 1.0. The site is offered on a 20 years 10 months tenure.
According to JTC, the sites were launched as part of the government’s efforts to “provide industrial space and offer more choices for industrial development.”
“ The different land tenures and sizes cater to industrialists who prefer to purchase strata-titled industrial property as well as those who prefer to have the flexibility to custom-build their own facilities,” it added.
Tender for the sites at Tuas Bay Close, and Tuas South Street 7 (Plot 44) will close on 23 September and 9 September, respectively.
