Hi,

Am thinking of opening a bakery place, ideally at mrt stations. Can anyone advise what's the rental range at places with healthy traffic flow?

Hi Ms Tan,

Currently there is limited shop space for lease at MRT stations.

It normally work on tender so its hard to provide a proper guage.

Ideally you can plan something that is along the route between Mrt stations to housing estate. Just a rough guide, It may range from 8 to 13k for a full unit, Depending on neighbourhood.
