Hi, i was planning to setup a small gym and dance studio. I was looking at light industrial (b1) building around Tai Seng, Paya Lebar, Aljunied area. Floor size approx: 1200 sqft to 1500 sqft. Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hi Francis, I have suitable space at Tampines for dance school. 5 mins walk to Tampines West MRT station. Let me know if you are still looking. Building under renovation, ready in Dec'18.
