Hi there,
I need some expert advice here. I am thinking of setting up a "self serve" aerial yoga studio so foot traffic is not a key factor. I am currently confused on if I can possibly rent a B1 industrial unit to set up the studio or do I need to rent an "office"? Are there any other possibilities as I am looking at a tight budget
