Hi, I would like to check which kind of b1, b2, offices/industrial, can be used for video production on cooking. Or do it have to be studio? Kindly advice on the types and locations. Thanks.

1) Look for B1 Space as they are generally less noise pollution for quiet production & fliming

2) As long minimum 60% of th space are predominatly used for core media activites.

3) Avoid open flame, use electrical stove.

4) No retailing.

5) For doubt, consult URA or apply for change of use for your peach of mind at $500+GST
