Hi,

I'm planning to invest in industrial property for rental income. Appreciate if anyone can help to clarify. Who pays for maintenance fee, PUB, cleaner, internet? Owner or tenant?

Hi Paul

I have a list of industrial properties for you to choose to invest. Do give me a ring or sms me and I'll be able to craft an investment portfolio suitable for you.

In most cases, Maintenance fee is payable by the owner.

For PUB, cleaner, internet - they are payable by the tenant based on tenant's consumption.
