Hi,

our Company is looking for factory space with minimum 11,000 sq. ft. and around 2,000 sq. ft. office area. We do plastics and metals welding works. For metal supply, will need electrical specialists to calculate if the power supply is sufficient for our machines.

Space should be near North Coast Drive.

Pls assist. thank you.

You want to be in North coast Drive because you are currently over there and it will be an expansion for your company?

for electical specialists. as long as you have your details a LEW guy can do it for you. Just need to pay him and he will apply accordingly.

you can use your current loading amt and let me know so that i can check with the industrial landlord first too.
