I am planning to start a tuition centre in CT Hub. Do you know if that is allowed? I understand that CT Hub has commercial shops and was wondering if that can be used for a tuition centre. Alternatively, since it is classified as a B1 building, is it possible to request for permission for change of use for one of its offices to turn into a tuition centre?
