if I rent 2 units of B1 space. how is 40/60 rule applied. Lets say one unit is 400sft & the other is 600sft. Can I use the 400sft as pure office and the 600sft as industrial activity. Or I need to apply the rule to each single unit?

60/40 rule applies on property. Not business title FYI.
