Unfortunately no. In fact I have recently did a breakdown on costs of PropertyGuru advertisements for 1 listing will cost me minimally $800 each month to post. If I am pushing the unit to ensure that the listing comes up within the 1st few search results after buyer or tenant filter, I will easily spend double or even more than triple of $800 for 1 listing each month, and this does not guarantee that unit will be sold or rented out. So it will make sense to engage the services of an agent to work on the sale or rental assignment since the commission is only applicable when there is a successful transaction, and this commission can actually be built into the expected selling or rental price which means that the buyer or tenant will be the ones indirectly paying the commission instead. Wouldn't that benefit the property owner more?
