Most commercial sellers are GST registered and therefore it will make better financial sense to purchase it under a company so as to claim back the 7% GST that you paid for the unit. Purchase it under a company will also enable you to enjoy a more favourable corporate tax rates.

Not necessary to set up. If you are an individual and buying commercial from an individual who are not GST registered, then don't. If you sell in future as an individual, you can sell easier to another individual without charging GST. Read More
