A unit that represents half of Prudential Tower’s Level 11 has been put up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), marketing agent CBRE announced Thursday (16 October).
With a strata area of 5,102 sq ft, the unit is currently leased to three tenants, with the tenancies expiring in 2Q and 3Q 2015. CBRE said end-users have the opportunity to potentially occupy all or parts of the space while leasing the remainder.
The asking price for the unit is in excess of S$2,800 per sq ft, which translates to about S$14.3 million.
According to CBRE, this is on the back of the sale a 5,952 sq ft unit which represents the other half of Level 11 at S$2,750 sq ft, which the property consultancy brokered earlier this year.
Located at the intersection of Cecil Street and Church Street, 30-storey Grade A strata office building Prudential Tower is served by both Reffles Place and Telok Ayer MRT stations. Galven Tan, Director for Investment Properties at CBRE, said: “Prudential Tower is an excellent office building in the heart of Raffles Place that boasts Grade A specifications, and the owner is currently finalizing plans to further enhance the current two-storey height modern lobby.”
The EOI exercise will close on 27 November.
