Two prime commercial shophouses have been put up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), property consultancy Savills said Monday (12 October).
These include a two-storey corner shophouse located at 157,159 and 161 Geylang Road and a pair of adjoining conservation shophouses located in Tanjong Pagar.
The Geylang shophouse, zoned for commercial uses, has a gross plot ratio of 3.0. It has a land area of 2,988 sq ft and an estimated floor area of 8,331 sq ft.
Located at 157,159 and 161 Geylang Road, the two-storey corner shophouse with a four-storey rear extension enjoys a prominent double frontage along Geylang Road and Lorong 3 Geylang. The shophouse is currently tenanted by popular restaurant G7 Sin Ma Live Seafood Group.
According to Savills, the guide price is S$10.8 million.
Meanwhile, a pair of adjoining conservation shophouses (pictured) located in the Chinatown Historic District of Tanjong Pagar has also been put up for sale by EOI.
The 3-storey shophouses at 84 and 86 Tanjong Pagar road offers a land area of 1,653 sq ft and an estimated floor area of 4,564 sq ft. The property is zoned for commercial uses under the current master plan with no restriction on foreign ownership.
The guide price for thee conservation shophouses is S$9.5 million.

The EOI exercise will for both properties will close 12 November.
