A warehouse development at 31 Tech Park Cresent (pictured) has been put up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), marketing agent Savills said Wednesday (9 December).
Located in Tuas Techpark Industrial Estate, the property consists of a single storey warehouse with about a 12-metre high ceiling and a 2-storey office annexed to it. It sits on a land area of approximately 85,450 sq ft and offers a floor area of about 60,000 sq ft. Zoned Business 2 based on the 2014 Master Plan, it comes with a proposed plot ratio of 1.4.
According to Savills, a multi-storey industrial/warehouse building with a floor area of more than 115,000 sq ft can be developed on the site, subject to the approval of relevant authorities.
The EOI will close on the 28th Jan 2016.
