Singapore-listed developer GuocoLand today launched the office and retail components of its upcoming mixed-use development, Tanjong Pagar Centre.
Slated for TOP in 2016, Tanjong Pagar Centre will offer 1.7 million sq ft of integrated development in Singapore’s central business district.
The office spaces of 890,000 sq ft will be housed in the development’s Guoco Tower which the group said will cater to a diverse mix of top-tier global corporations both existing in Singapore and those looking to enter the market.
When asked to comment on the indicative rental rates of its office spaces, GuocoLand says it has yet to have a fixed rate given that the development is well over a year from completion date, and prices may still change.
Also launched today is Tanjong Pagar Centre’s lifestyle mall. Spread over six storeys and comes with a net lettable area of 100,000 sq ft, it is said to be an F&B centric transit mall, with F&B taking over at least 60 percent of the spaces. The remaining space will be allotted for lifestyle retail.
Comprising five components, the Tanjong Pagar Centre’s will feature premium Grade A office spaces, a lifestyle mall, a 5-star hotel, luxury residences and an Urban park, all connected to the Tanjong Pagar MRT station.
